The Personal Injury People

The Claimant was unloading floorboards from a lorry with a colleague, the floor boards were stacked at least 7 foot high when suddenly his colleague lost grip and a group of floorboards fell hitting the Claimant.

The Claimant suffered an injury to his right elbow and was absent from work due to the accident. We submitted a claim for personal Injury and consequential losses on behalf of the Claimant and liability was initially denied. Proceedings were issued and the claim was listed for trial. Before the trial the Defendant entered into negotiations, and the Claimant accepted an offer in the sum of £27,500.
