Road Traffic Accident Compensation

The Claimant was a pedestrian hit by a vehicle whilst crossing the road at a non-designated crossing point.  The Claimant suffered a fracture of the left tibia and fibula, a haematoma to the right side of the head and a laceration to her right knee.
